Dampers

Metal-Fab Inc. manufactures fire dampers and ceiling radiation dampers. The company's two types of fire dampers - static fire dampers and dynamic fire dampers - close wither when a HVAC system's blower is running or not running. The two fire dampers are classified to UL standard 55 and feature a one hour or three hour fire ratin. The ceiling radiation dampers carrying a 3-4 hour rating, and are installed in the throat of a ceiling diffuser or return grille.

United Enertech manufactures various and specific types of backdraft dampers, rectangular dampers, rectangular industrial dampers, round dampers, round industrial dampers, small motorized rectangular dampers, and small motorized round dampers.

Damper & Control Systems LLC engineers and manufactures heavy-duty butterfly, multi-louver, guillotine, diverter, and vortex dampers used by industrial process air handling systems. The butterfly dampers can be actuated pneumatically, electrically, or manually; and can feature 100 percent sealing efficiency with the addition of twin seals and a sealing air fan.

Sisneros Bros. manufactures volume dampers with diameter sizes of 4" to 28". Used in low, medium and high pressure systems, the dampers can be produced in galvanized, PVC coated, carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel and paint lock metals. The company's dampers are specifically approved for installation in Wal-Mart centers.

Western Pneumatics Inc. designs and fabricates a number of damper types including: backdraft, backflow, butterfly, wafer, radial, blade, rotary, inlet vane, vane, inlet box, variable inlet vane, guillotine, and louver. The dampers can be actuated or manual, and are sued for low pressure, pneumatic conveying systems.
