  Heat Controller offers three multi-position air handler product series. The HAH Series air handlers are used with central air conditioning and, particularly, heat pumps. They can easily be equipped with optional electric heat. The HFC Series fan coils are air handlers equipped with matching evaporator coils. The AHB hydronic air handlers incorporate a cooling unit and a hydronic-heating coil into the design to produce heating and/or cooling for a zone or the entire house. They are uniquely suited to hot water heat or boiler loop applications.

  Heat Controller Inc manufactures the LG Series of residential and commercial furnaces. These oil/gas furnaces are specifically designed for commercial applications, with sizes from 225,000 to 450,000 BTUH. The oil furnace features an oil valve, two-stage fuel pump, heavy duty construction and primary safety relay. The gas (LP-propane) burner features integrated safety controls, flame retention head and heavy duty construction. Furnace products are available horizontally or vertically.

  Heat Controller Inc makes residential split system heat pumps rated at a full 13 SEER and are certified and rated under ARI 210/240 and also features an environmentally friendly heat pump for R-410A with a SEER rating of 14. They also make commercial water source heat pumps including vertical and horizontal models, and Geothermal/Water Source heat pump units.

  Heat Controller offers the Whole House dehumidifier to help eliminate mold, mildew, dust mites and other contaminants that thrive in moist conditions.  This dehumidifier unit is sized at 130 pints per day and has automatic sampling so that it turns on when it is needed.  Made with 1" thick high density insulation, rubber feet, and measuring only 2 square feet, this dehumidifier is both quiet and small for homes.
